A clear head on his shoulders with a great sword strapped to his back, Zhang Liao respects Roy and is actually quite glad to have someone who can understand his situation around. There's definitely potential for a lot of bonding between these two warriors-turned-sorcerers in the future. ▾	◂

			▴ ────────────────      fearlessherosheart Tazendra cuts a very imposing figure. She's sure of herself, forward in her conversations, and with her build she looks like she's an equal match for any male general. She definitely doesn't fit into Ancient Chinese standards for demure, dainty women. Zhang Liao respects her for her martial prowess and her rank as a protector of her Empress (another culture shock), but at the same time it's an interesting battle between treating her like a fellow warrior and treating her like a lady. They seem to get along though, so only time will tell where this acquaintance is going. ▾	◂

			▴ ────────────────      righinn It's not only the women who are different; it's the youth as well. Merida's outspokenness towards her male elders and her lack of feminine etiquette is not impressing Zhang Liao, but he likes her spirit and her determination. He's just not used to dealing with children or anyone not in the military, but safe to say he's not adverse to her advice. As a lady of a noble house though, Zhang Liao will still accord her the proper respect that the nobility deserves. ▾	◂
